About me
My professional career has led me to hold leadership roles in India as the Director India Desk at the Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Head of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, and Principal Consultant at the European Business and Technology Centre. Over the past decade, I have engaged with numerous businesses from Europe and India, collaborated with key industry organisations, and spearheaded impactful business initiatives, programmes, and events. In 2021, my contributions were recognised when the Europe India Centre for Business and Industry honoured me as one of the Top under 40 Europe-India Leaders, instrumental in shaping the future of EU-India relations.
Since 2022, I proudly act as the President of WICCI's India-EU Business Council, a dedicated platform for professionals within the India-EU business corridor, under the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. My leadership within this forum is dedicated to fostering connections, championing women's empowerment, and facilitating growth within the India-EU business landscape. In this capacity, I was awarded the HerRising Award in the Women Leaders Category by Trescon and the Phenomenal She Award by the Indian National Bar Association.
Actively participating in discussions on Poland-India and Europe-India business opportunities, I contribute to prestigious events as a speaker and expert including the Economic Times Global Business Summit, The Forbes India D Globalist Conference, Vibrant Gujarat, Bengaluru Tech Summit, Raisina Dialogue, European Economic Congress, and the Europe India Leaders Conference at the European Parliament. Additionally, I am a regular attendee at major trade exhibitions in India.
Beyond my professional engagements, I am an Indologist with two Master's degrees in Indian Studies and Eurasian Studies from the University of Warsaw, as well as two Bachelor's degrees. My academic journey includes doctoral studies in Social Sciences, focusing on India, as well as international studies in Nepal, India, and Thailand. Fluent in Polish, English, French, Hindi, and proficient in Urdu, I bring a rich diverse skill set to business collaborations.

As Head of Poland’s newly established governmental office in India, I played a central role in strengthening economic ties between Poland and India. My responsibilities included advising Polish companies on the Indian market, organizing B2B meetings, business delegations, and industry events. I also I facilitated partnerships, promoted Polish exports, and enhanced Poland’s image to attract Indian investors

While with a private not-for-profit project advisory company in New Delhi, I led the management of the Internationalisation Programme. This initiative aimed at connecting European green tech companies with sustainable projects and investment opportunities in India. Independent Consultatnt for the EU project 'Policy Dialogue Support Facility India'
As a freelance consultant, I supported the organization of EU business events in India including the official visit of the EU's Commissioner for Energy to Chennai and the delegation of European high-performance computing experts in Pune. My responsibilities extended to efficiently managing logistical and operational tasks while seamlessly coordinating with key partners, such as Delegation of the European Union to India.

As an expert, I was conducting research and writing analytical articles on India for Poland’s official government trade portal trade.gov.pl, covering the Indian market, key sectors, and business environment. I established the first networking platform for women in the India-EU business corridor, with the aim of advancing gender equity and women’s leadership. Under my guidance, the Council, which now has over sixty members, has evolved into a dynamic community of professionals supporting the relations between European Union countries and India, dedicated to amplifying women's voices and influence in the business world.
