About me
Based in India for over a decade, I am an Indologist, cross-cultural business advisor, and consultant working at the intersection of business, international cooperation, and public diplomacy between Europe and India. Fluent in Hindi, I combine academic expertise in South Asia with hands-on experience supporting businesses, institutions, and organisations in navigating the Indian market and building cross-border partnerships. I hold two Master’s degrees in Indian Studies and Eurasian Studies from the University of Warsaw and have also studied and conducted research in Nepal, India, and Thailand.
I currently serve as Director of the India Desk at the Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as President of WICCI’s India-EU Business Council. Previously, I headed the Polish Investment and Trade Agency office in India, worked as Principal Consultant at the European Business and Technology Centre in New Delhi, and supported EU-funded initiatives in India as an independent consultant.
My professional experience spans government trade promotion, chamber work, European Union-funded projects, advisory roles, and analytical work focused on India. Over the years, I have worked with public institutions, chambers of commerce, European companies, and international partners on market entry, stakeholder engagement, business delegations, policy dialogue, and strategic communication. In addition to Polish, I work in English and French, and I regularly contribute to discussions on India-Europe relations, business cooperation, women’s leadership, and international partnerships through publications, events, and public speaking.
My work at the intersection of Europe-India relations, business, and international cooperation has been recognised through distinctions including the Europe India Centre for Business and Industry’s Top under 40 Europe-India Leaders recognition, the HerRising Top 10 Women Leaders Award by HerKey, and the Phenomenal She Award by the Indian National Bar Association.

Head of Polish Investment and Trade Agency in India
As Head of Poland’s governmental trade office in India, I advised Polish companies on the Indian market, organized B2B meetings, business delegations, and sectoral events, and supported partnerships, exports, and investment promotion between Poland and India.

I managed the Internationalisation Programme connecting European green technology companies with sustainable projects and investment opportunities in India, while also building partnerships with chambers, trade agencies, and advisory firms.

As a senior expert, I supported the design and coordination of the EU-India Young Leaders Exchange Programme under the EU Delegation to India’s Public and Cultural Diplomacy in India programme.
